We are happy to accept returns accompanied by a receipt* within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted below. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags still attached.
*We hold receipts of past transactions so if you did not receive or misplaced your copy, ask a team member to look up your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on:
Bakery treats, any opened food or treats, special orders, costumes & holiday outfits, used grooming products, used or chewed toys (unless otherwise noted), frozen products.
